A BROAD PLATFORM
FOR THE FUTURE

TelluCare is the common name for Tellu's ecosystem for all modules, services, products and data. It's a platform for building a perfectly customized digital health offering for each individual municipality and institution, with full openness for connecting other systems.

It's every aspect of digital health wrapped up in one high-tech, secure and user-friendly package.

Creating a list of the resources you need to provide good digital health services isn't the hardest part. The gaps are usually obvious.

The biggest challenge for Norwegian municipalities is often finding the perfect partner that can meet all current and future needs, that is flexible enough to work with existing solutions, and that is demonstrably able to provide the necessary security, operation and efficiency.

Among a jungle of requirements and wishes, TelluCare is a natural solution. The platform itself is built to be extremely user-friendly, technologically forward-looking and maximally adaptable to all individual needs, both at municipal and personal level.

It's a good start, a solid continuation and a complete solution all at the same time.

All in one or little by little

A FULLY MODULAR PLATFORM

TelluCare is not a stand-alone solution, but an ecosystem and a platform with a user interface where all our products and services can be managed and controlled at once. Thanks to an open and easily customizable API structure, it is also possible to connect to most other products and services on the market.

TelluCare makes it easier to collaborate and consolidate data, workflows, documents, roles, responsibilities, analysis and reports .

The benefits are many.

Data is recorded and shared across all services and living arrangements

A single user interface that expands with new tabs and modules as needed

Comes with integrated solutions for reporting and planning

Full overview of all sensors, deployed equipment, users and locations

In 2026, TelluTrendswill be launched as a feature for deeper analysis ofusage patterns and user needs

Facilitated for AI and new forms of decision support, predictive services and automation

Good data in, good data out

In practice, TelluCare is a hub for all the important data the municipality needs in order to provide the best possible service to users and residents, and the system is of course both ISO-certified and subject to continuous risk management and control .

But good data in is just as important as good data out. A good data set is essential for the most efficient service provision possible, and TelluCare offers a number of ways of both collecting and extracting data.

TelluCare offers the following data categories:

Service recipients

Alarm history

System users (service providers and administrators )

Equipment and technology

Measurements from medical devices

TelluCare also gives you three different ways to retrieve data:

Presented directly in TelluCare

Automatic retrieval of data via API to other tools

Export to Excel/CSV and analysis in Excel/Power BI and other tools

Gains from the first module

Tellu has developed TelluCare to be as easy to implement as possible, whatever the need, whatever the size of the municipality and whatever the number of people in the organization. Some municipalities already have a system for certain services and products for people living at home. That's not an obstacle; it's an opportunity.

This is how TelluCare setup and rollout works in practice
:
Step
number-1

Mapping of needs for each municipality or institution.
Connecting data points; existing systems and applications.
Setting up logs and data collection.

Step
number-2

Training and role assignment for healthcare workers and other employees.
Organization of staff, users, responsibilities and information.

Step
number-3

Operational phase:
Continuous, frequent updates.
Easy connection of new modules (Tellus modules or third parties).

Frequently Asked Questions

Is TelluCare something that needs to be installed on individual user machines? Does it require significant resources from our IT department? Absolutely not. The TelluCare user interface is web-based and does not require any installation or modification/expansionof the municipality's ICT structure. All authorization and access to the system is controlled via employee ID, like other municipal systems. Updates to the system are made automatically from the Tellu side.
We are a small municipality with limited resources and needs. Can we collaborate with other municipalities to use a common solution?

Yes, of course. There are several municipalities in Norway that already do this. As we offer thorough and detailed role assignment and access control, selected employees or groupscan access only users in their zone or municipality, and data can be routed or managed individually in the same system.

We already use system X from another supplier for e.g. digital supervision and fall sensors. How can we be sure that these are compatible and can be incorporated into TelluCare? All of this is mapped in the initial phase, but experience shows that there are few or no systems that cannot be incorporated into TelluCare. Not only because we have a very flexible and open API that allows for easy interconnection of data, but also because we actually partner with most major equipment and service providers in Norway and Europe.
Will data be processed for analysis and mapping inside TelluCare, or will we need to use external systems to analyze the user data collected?

It's up to you. As of now, each municipality uses its adopted systems and procedures for data management, but in 2026 we will also launch TelluTrends, which will be an integrated part of the TelluCare user interface. TelluTrends is a comprehensive data and analytics feature that will reduce the need for data export and make data processing more efficient, more secure and more in-depth.

We already have well-established routines for things like alarm management and equipment control. How much can workflows and routines be customized in TelluCare? Very much so. Adaptation to existing routines and systems is a cornerstone of the TelluCaresetup ; it's designed to fit like a glove withthe range of healthcare andservicesyou already have. Not only can we customize workflows, but also data and role access, action patterns and incoming data from external sources.
