TelluResponse is a response center module that brings together all sensors, data, alerts, monitoring and support functions for end users. It enables the support organization to respond quickly, efficiently and purposefully when the alarm goes off. Often sooner.
TelluResponse is a module in the TelluCare system that covers all forms of alarm management, individually tailored supervision for each user and follow-up routines, both before, during and after an alarm situation.
The solution is designed to be connected to all forms of response equipment, from fall alarms and mobility sensors to video and surveillance technologies and fire and hazard alarms. In cases where TelluResponse is used together with TelluVisit and TelluVision, the module functions in many ways as a hub in the entire TelluCare platform, linking everything together.

TelluResponse is developed in Norway in collaboration with Norwegian municipalities and healthcare workers, and can easily be adapted to third-party equipment, local conditions and requirement specifications. Security is high; all servers are located on Norwegian soil, and continuous development is carried out by Tellu's own specialists.

How TelluResponse works
TelluResponse is designed to make any alarm, emergency response or follow-up routine as seamless, efficient and by-the-book as possible.A typical alarm situation handled by TelluResponse will proceed as follows:
The response center automatically receives all relevant information about the alarm trigger: name, address, alarm history, medical information, special needs, message from relatives and more.
Alarms can be prioritized or routed to operators with special expertise. The operator talks to the user to clarify the situation. If the case cannot be concluded over the phone, the home care service, ambulance service or relatives are notified.
After the call, the event is summarized in a journal note that is automatically transferred to the Electronic Patient Record (EPR). Secure notes are also available to relevant healthcare professionals who follow up with the user afterwards.

Yes. In most cases, with very few exceptions , Tellu's APIswill allow signals and data from externalequipment tobe connected to TelluResponse for a comprehensive response solution. The secret is that TelluResponse is built on a very flexible Consent Management Platform (CMP).
Data security is always at the forefront of all Tellus solutions. All software development takes place in Norway, and all our servers are also located in Norway. In addition, we follow allguidelines and rules for data security in connection with the link to EPR and other national systems.
