TelluVisit is a module in the TelluCare system that covers all forms of communication between healthcare professionals and users. It covers a number of different functions and concepts, from what is called Digital Home Visiting and Digital Home Follow-up (DHO) to full integration with Digital Supervision - where we deliver exceptionally good solutions through our TelluVision module.

The TelluVisit concept consists of three simple parts: A system for communication (e.g. video solutions) and a simple mobile application for users called Dialogg. Everything is managed through the TelluCare platform, where data is logged, records are updated and analysis and advice are streamlined.

Right. That's one of the great strengths of the TelluCare system: We have some of the best APIs on the market for connecting third-party devicesand data to our platform, customizing all data streams very quickly and easily.
What type of equipment can be used as part of the TelluVisit solution?

The possibilities are many, and the choices depend on the skill level of the users.Some users only need a smartphone with the Dialoggapp installed. Others may need a separatevideo device, connection todifferent sensor equipment, voice-based devices, medicine dispensers and more. The possibilities are limitless and individually tailored.

How does the integration between Dialogg and the TelluVisit module work?

The TelluVisit module is the "brain" and is connected to the TelluCare system. It stores and correlates data from/about users with alarm centers, response centers and public records. Dialogg is the link between healthcare professionals and users, acting as both a communication channel and data collector.

How will healthcare workers be able to use TelluVisit in practice?

You log in to TelluCare (and thus TelluVisit) with employee ID and SSO. Once you are in the system, you get an overview of all the roles you have been assigned.
