Patients are satisfied with digital home monitoring
A survey conducted in collaboration between Bodø Municipality, Sintef and Tellu, shows that a majority of patients experience digital home follow-up and the follow-up they receive from healthcare professionals as safe and easy.

The report shows great satisfaction
- "Many people fear that digital follow-up will be perceived as negative and second-rate health care, but the patients who responded to this survey feel safe when using Digital Home Follow-up and are eternally grateful for the 'digital angels' who follow them up," says Synne Try Gumpen, Product Manager for TelluVisit.
According to the report, the service is perceived as useful and simple. Patients are also satisfied with the healthcare follow-up.
- 70% respond that digital home follow-up is perceived as useful or very useful.
- 76% of patients say it is very easy or easy to use the Dialogg app*.
- Patients are also very satisfied and grateful for the follow-up they receive from healthcare professionals at Helsehjelpa in Bodø.
The report is based on a survey conducted in December 2022 to January 2023.
