TeamTellu: Meet Linda Cecilie Grøndal-Eeles
We're launching our new interview series, TeamTellu, where we give an insight into the people behind the technology - what drives them, where they come from and what they're passionate about in welfare technology.
First up is Linda Cecilie Grøndal-Eeles, our solution advisor and a multi-talented healthcare professional. She started her career as a nurse in pre-hospital services and emergency medicine in Drammen, and has since built up extensive experience in health technology. Today, she combines her job at Tellu with a senior position at the Norwegian Directorate of Health and a research project on health technology and response centers that she hopes will end in a doctorate.
In her private life, Linda is married to a Briton and is the mother of three boys who compete in top-level motorsport in Norway. She doesn't stand on the sidelines here either, and has taken both her truck license and works as a mechanic for the boys at races. In other words, an impressive lady with many (different) irons in the fire!
LindaCecilie Grøndal-Eeles - our solution advisor with a genuine commitment to welfare technology.
What motivates her most in her job is learning new things while constantly expanding her horizons:
"I'm constantly on assignments where I meet people with new ideas that put our products into perspective - it's incredibly inspiring."
Linda has great faith in the pace and direction of welfare technology today, and appreciates the fact that the Minister of Health, Vestre, dares to think in new and ambitious ways:
"It gives us a kick in the pants to speed up the implementation of health technology - and we need that."
"Then it's up to us as suppliers to follow up and come up with the ideas, service innovations and solutions, which Tellu really has."
At the same time, she emphasizes the importance of competence and quality in innovation work. "It's a delicate balance between technology just being an extra addition, but ensuring that it actually solves the challenges facing the services.
